"Client relations" are
very important to everyone at Empress Arabians. We
all enjoy the shows and always have a good time. Our goal is to show sound,
healthy horses that want to perform willingly and to make the whole show
experience a positive one for everyone involved with Empress Arabians.
Marcy Judy, Director of Operations at Empress Arabians
accepted this position in June of 1997. She moved
to Pittsburgh from Philadelphia where she was the
principal at a small private school. While Marcy's
experience with horses is not nearly as vast as Chad's,
they both share a common denominator that is used
to reinforce all of their decisions. That factor being
a mutual love and respect for the Arabian Horse.
Marcy
loves to watch Chad work his show string. "He
has such soft hands; to watch Chad during a schooling
session is awe-inspiring." Chad thinks Marcy
is equally impressive in her ability to deal with
people and at the same time make sound business
decisions. She genuinely likes people and finds
it easy to get along with everyone. With degrees
in Business and Education from Purdue University,
she is qualified and very capable of taking over
Empress Arabians and leading it into the future. Marcy
runs the farm with a smile on her face and she makes
people who do business with her want to come back
to do more business.
Along
with their busy schedules at Empress and in the
show ring, Marcy & Chad
make it a point to spend as much quality time as
possible with their son, Preston!
